FabricSpa is perhaps the only large-scale dry cleaners of the country who use global best practices to wash and deliver clothes. The challenge for the digital team was to prove to the client that we can make the medium work even for this category. We built their digital footprint across all platforms and enhanced discoverability to optimal levels. We used videos and interesting designs to tell the complex story well. We also tested the efficiency of digital alone by focusing on one category – saree washes. The results were very encouraging, saree washes increased by nearly 30% and enquiries for washes over all by organic methods alone increased significantly and is growing.
