The Digital Team at Freeflow Ideas is looking for a young graphic designer. We are a close knit team and work with clients across FMCG, Food, Interior design, technology and a few other categories.
All of us come with backgrounds in either art, writing or marketing. There will be many inspiring stories that you can hear around the office that involves huge marketing successes, awards won for great work or even people helping other people get better! We have many senior art folk, with great experience and large giving hearts that you can immensely benefit from, if you are willing to learn!
We are looking for a designer who can work closely with our art director and back him up. But this person must be passionate enough to establish his / her mark on the work that is created as well! He/she must be serious about the craft and should ideally have studied design or art. Once in the team, we would like the person to push the bar and challenge the system in healthy ways!
We strongly believe that if the team enables the individual to do better and continue to grow, its the best possible outcome for all of us! Therefore, we would love for the person to bring a bit of their own madness and magic, so that we continue to manage a diverse work vibe while remaining a strong team that delivers great work together!
The person must be proficient in the Adobe Suite of softwares. Should have a body of work that we can see and discuss. Must be willing to collaborate and actively seek perspectives from others. Should be able to deliver unsupervised. The person can be a fresher or somebody with upto 3 years of work experience. Remuneration will on par with industry standards.
